Return Process

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
